More rumors about the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 are out, with The Cosmic Circus mentioning the status of The Defenders and their appearances.
What are the latest rumors about Daredevil: Born Again Season 2?
According to a new question and answer series from The Cosmic Circus’ Alex Perez, both Luke Cage and Danny Rand (also known as Iron Fist) are believed to be involved in the second season. Perez notes that he believes the entirety of The Defenders will pop up in the show at some point.
As for what they might be doing, Perez notes that Jessica Jones is believed to be helping Matt Murdock with his army. When it comes to the Iron Fist mantle, Perez also mentioned that Marvel could be essentially preparing for a new version of the character.
“You know that trope of the once-powerful character who, after an incident happens, decides to retire his mantle and refuses to have anything to do with it, until a younger protagonist type hero forces him out of his funk to become a mentor to the next-generation hero?” Perez said when asked if he can tease anything about the character. “That.”

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is expected to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026.
