He-Man Returns In First Teaser For Masters of the Universe: Revelation

“Let the power return!”

It’s been a few years since Netflix announced Masters of the Universe: Revelation. But now, the revival of the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe animated series is almost here. We didn’t even have to wait for Power-Con! As part of Geeked Week, Netflix has dropped the first teaser trailer for Masters of the Universe: Revelation.

In the video, Sorceress mocks Skeletor for always failing to claim Castle Grayskull’s power. Regardless, Skeletor has a new plan. He also has his familiar army of minions. As for the Sorceress, she has always been able to count on her champion, He-Man. However, even He-Man may be pushed to his limits this time.

Chris Wood will provide the voice of Prince Adam/He-Man, with Mark Hamill as Skeletor, and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela. Liam Cunningham also stars in the series as Man-At-Arms, with Lena Headey as Evil-Lyn, Diedrich Bader as King Randor and Trap Jaw, Alicia Silverstone as Queen Marlena, Stephen Root as Cringer, Griffin Newman as Orko, and Susan Eisenberg as the Sorceress.

Additionally, the original voice of Skeletor, Alan Oppenheimer, will portray Moss-Man. Kevin Michael Richardson will also play Skeletor’s minion, Beast Man, alongside Kevin Conroy as Mer-Man, Henry Rollins as Tri-Klops, Jason Mewes as Stinkor, and Tony Todd as Scare Glow.

Masters of the Universe: Revelation, Part 1 will premiere on Netflix on July 23.
