New Adventures Await in Star Trek: Lower Decks Episode 1.04 Photos

CBS All Access has dropped a brand new set of promotional photos from the upcoming fourth episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks. In the last installment, a furious Captain Freeman expressed her frustration after her ship was sent to deliver “diplomatic trinkets” to Gelrak V instead of leading a diplomatic mission for peace negotiations. By next episode, she and her crew will have once again to do all it takes to gain respect from the rest of Starfleet. And the task may be harder than it looks.

The synopsis of “Moist Vessel” reads:

“Captain Freeman seeks the ultimate payback after Mariner blatantly disrespects her in front of the crew. A well-meaning Tendi accidentally messes up a Lieutenant’s attempt at spiritual ascension and tries to make it right.”

Star Trek: Lower Decks series follows the crew aboard one of Starfleet’s least famous ships, the USS Cerritos. The cast includes Tawny Newsome, Jack Quaid, as well as Noël Wells, and Eugene Cordero, who voice Ensign Beckett Mariner, Ensign Brad Boimler, Ensign Tendi, and Ensign Rutherford, respectively. Furthermore, Dawnn Lewis, Jerry O’Connell, Fred Tatasciore, and Gillian Vigman will dub Captain Carol Freeman, Commander Jack Ransom, Lieutenant Shaxs, and Doctor T’Ana, respectively. Additionally, Paul Scheer is voicing Lt. Commander Andy Billups, a recurring guest on the 10-episode first season of the show.

The fourth episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks will be available on CBS All Access starting Aug. 27.
