The actor recently spoke about Spider-Man: Brand New Day, expressing admiration for the film and applauding the performances of Tom Holland and Sadie Sink. The remarks come amid ongoing speculation linking her to Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men film.

Inde Navarrette has shared her thoughts on Spider-Man: Brand New Day, speaking highly of the latest Marvel release during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight. The actor spoke warmly about Tom Holland and also singled out Sadie Sink’s performance.
Her comments have drawn additional attention as speculation continues surrounding her possible involvement in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men project.
When asked, “I just was seeing how Tom Holland was singing your praises. How does all that sit with you?” Navarrette responded, “I mean its sits great, it was crazy. I just watched Spider-Man with my friend, Hannah. So we’re sitting there, we’re like smacking each other at all this and the different things that are going on. Thats just crazy in and of itself. He is incredibly successful and so grounded.”
The actor further added, “Sadie Sink did a phenomenal job. She completely stole the movie and I cant wait to see where she goes. She did a phenomenal job.”
Navarrette’s comments come after she recently revealed on Variety‘s Up Next podcast that she had met with Thunderbolts director Jake Schreier, who is currently developing Marvel’s upcoming X-Men movie.
While she chose not to discuss the details of their conversation, she spoke about her appreciation for Schreier’s creative approach. When asked about a potential role, Navarrette replied, “I mean, Mystique has always been super cool.”
At present, Marvel Studios has not announced any casting for its upcoming X-Men film involving Navarrette.
