Bullseye’s next opponent in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is someone fans never expected to see again. A new report reveals the villain will clash with a previously deceased Marvel character in the upcoming season.
Bullseye could fight Elektra in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3
Bullseye and Elektra will reportedly fight in Daredevil: Born Again Season 3, according to scooper MyTimeToShineHello on X, who cited set photographer Jose Perez. Marvel Studios has not officially confirmed Elektra’s involvement in the upcoming season. The report suggests the two characters will share a confrontation during the show’s current production cycle.
Wilson Bethel returns as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye for the third season. Bethel told TV Insider that Dex would function more as a “killer for hire” this time around. The character also sports a new, more comics-accurate Bullseye costume based on recent set photos from Randalls Island.
Showrunner Dario Scardapane confirmed to The Direct that new villains will appear alongside Bullseye and Fisk. Scardapane told Entertainment Weekly that the season begins with “one man in jail, one man in exile.” He added that the writers did not want to keep elevating Fisk after the mayor storyline concluded.
The season picks up roughly a year after the events of Season 2. Matt Murdock sits in prison after publicly revealing his identity as Daredevil. Scardapane said there would be no “buybacks” of the public knowing Murdock’s secret identity. Comic storylines influencing the season include “The Devil in Cell-Block D” from Daredevil vol. 2.
Principal photography began by March 17, 2026, under the working title Out the Kitchen. Filming takes place at Silvercup Studios in Queens and various New York locations. Mike Colter, Finn Jones, and Krysten Ritter have all been spotted on set in Brooklyn.
The season will consist of eight episodes and premieres on Disney+ in March 2027 as part of Phase Six of the MCU.
