Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans reprise their roles as Thor and Steve Rogers in Avengers: Doomsday. According to @MyTimeToShineHello on X, “Thor and Steve are already on the Fantastic Four’s ship with Doom before it arrives in the MCU.” This indicates that the characters join Doctor Doom early in the storyline, possibly before the film’s main events unfold.
Robert Downey Jr. portrays a version of Victor Von Doom in the movie. Daniel Richtman reports that this iteration of Doom commands “multiple masked sidekicks,” including both men and women. Richtman notes that their exact nature, whether Variants or followers, remains unclear. Some reportedly resemble alternate versions of Downey’s character, and when unmasked, may reveal figures such as Scarlet Witch or Tony Stark.
The official cast of Avengers: Doomsday includes Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Winston Duke, Tom Hiddleston, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, and Robert Downey Jr. Newcomers to the Avengers franchise include Wyatt Russell, Simu Liu, Tenoch Huerta Mejia, Florence Pugh, Danny Ramirez, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, and Lewis Pullman.
