Fallout Season 2 actors react to people shipping Lucy and the Ghoul
Fallout stars Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, and Aaron Moten recently spoke with Entertainment Tonight and shared their thoughts on fans shipping Goggins’ the Ghoul and Purnell’s Lucy.
Purnell, Goggins, and Moten, who plays Maximus in the series, were asked what they think about fans shipping Lucy and the Ghoul. The question left Moten seemingly embarrassed as he face-palmed and repeated the question to make sure he heard it clearly.
He said, “It’s the first I’ve heard of this. I love it.” The journalist further stated that Purnell (Lucy) knew that the ship was going around on social media. To this, Moten asserted that Purnell would definitely “know about something like that.” The same question was asked to Goggins, who responded, “I didn’t even know that, that was a thing out there until Ella brought it up to me.” He took a pause and added, “That’s never going to happen.”
Goggins also shared that he heard how some fans found his character and look in the show to be “sexy,” adding that the idea is hard for him to believe.
Moreover, Purnell, when asked about it, asserted, “I don’t see it either, but you know, whatever floats your boat.” Moten shared his final thoughts on the ship and said, “I think that’s also kind of pretty, it’s kind of beautiful, in a broken sort of, twisted sort of way. Very Fallout. Maybe that’s what it is.”
