Making The Witcher Documentary Debuts on Netflix, Covering Season 1

Some fresh content from Netflix’s The Witcher universe has arrived, o valley of plenty. For those who wish to further fathom the freshman season of The Witcher, the streaming service has just released Making The Witcher, a 32-minute documentary about the making of the fantasy series. The brief teaser that Netflix has released on its social media channels mainly features The Witcher showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich. Many stars from the show like Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, and Freya Allan pop up as well.

The documentary also gives Hissrich the chance to explain better her plans to develop The Witcher‘s story in such a peculiar fashion. Even though the series turned out to be a huge commercial success, many fans didn’t appreciate the over-complicated structure of the story from the show’s first season. Hissrich has already teased in the past that the sophomore season will be more linear than the first one.

The Witcher Season 2 will debut on Netflix somewhere in 2021.
