Patrick Stewart Shares New Star Trek: Picard Poster

Star Trek: Picard is ready to transport down to San Diego Comic-Con next week, alongside CBS All Access’ other Star Trek shows. But Patrick Stewart has already given fans a peek of what’s to come just days before the event.

The man behind Jean Luc Picard took to Twitter with the first poster for the show, which will premiere on the streaming service later this year. Alongside the poster, he put a single word – “Picard” – along with its proper hashtags. It’s very fitting, as fans can see Picard standing in a cornfield, alongside his loyal dog; which has a cute little Star Trek collar. Check out the full image below!

Fan responses to the poster have been positive, for the most part. Some of the best ones can be seen below.

Stewart will join his co-stars next week to discuss the show. There’s also a good chance that fans will also get to see more footage, although CBS hasn’t confirmed its plans just yet. The first teaser for Star Trek: Picard made its premiere back in May, and it set the tone for what’s to come with its series.

Alongside Stewart, the cast features Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Evan Evagora, Alison Pill and Harry Treadaway. Former Star Trek: The Next Generation co-star Jonathan Frakes will return to direct two episodes of the series as well.
