What Sadie Sink’s Spider-Man role could mean for the MCU’s future
After a lot of speculation, it is now finally revealed that Sadie Sink is indeed playing the role of Jean Grey. This will be a very important addition to the MCU going forward. In the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie, the Earth’s mightiest superheroes will have to face the threat of Doctor Doom.
With a multiversal war raging, the heroes would surely like a little help from Grey. Sink’s character is likely to feature in Avengers: Secret Wars, which is due for its theatrical release next year. Trained by Professor Charles Xavier, Marvel describes the omega-level mutant as, “Jean Grey’s telepathic and telekinetic abilities make her one of the most powerful X-Men in history.”
Sadie Sink’s Jean Grey, however, has not been confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday.
