Rin confronts Ego
The chapter starts with the revelation that Japan will face England next. To reach the top two in Group A, Japan has to defeat England, who destroyed Nigeria 5-1. The team at the top of the table is France. After Ego says he is removing Rin, the whole room is shaken. Rin, with visible anger on his face, confronts Ego. Rin states that it was Isagi and the others who submitted to France. However, Ego reveals that he is not making the team stronger.
Isagi says they failed because of his and Rin’s missed shot
In the next scene, Isagi approaches Rin, who tells him to get lost. Isagi asks him if he feels frustrated with what Ego said.
