What happened in One Piece Chapter 1164?

Rocks starts to think that Davy D. Jones could’ve been the former King of the World. Despite his desperate attempt to resist, Imu transforms Rocks fully into a giant demon. With this immense power, Rocks simultaneously attacks Big Mom, Whitebeard, and Kaidou.
While he kicked Kaidou into a nearby mountain, he kept the pressure on Big Mom and Whitebeard with his attacks. By the end, he manages to defeat them. And as a result of their fight, a part of God Valley turns into dust.
