In Peacemaker Season 2, James Gunn leaned heavily towards showcasing that it is set in the same world as Superman. Fans have seen cameos from Hawk Girl, Guy Gardner, Maxwell Lord, and Rick Flag Sr. Additionally, in the latest episode, “Back to the Suture,” viewers briefly got to see a kaiju, just like the one from the movie. And it seems like there’s more to come.
In an interview with Collider, Gunn confirmed that another character from Superman is set to appear at the end of the season. However, he has refrained from revealing who it is. But fans have taken the opportunity to theorize who it could be.

As one of the lead journalists of the Daily Planet, Lois Lane knows how to sniff out a good story. So, if the Peacemaker Season 2 finale is as big as Season 1’s, Lois could have a lot to write about.
