Zeus’ Thunderbolt
This should come as no surprise, as the weapon belongs to a literal god. Hercules wielded the weapon in Thor: Love and Thunder. The weapon is capable of channeling divine electricity, teleportation, and giving the user god-like powers.
Mjolnir
Thor’s original hammer has been a source of intrigue from the very start of the MCU. The first Thor movie showed its true powers. It ended up being an instrumental weapon in the fight against Thanos as Captain America memorably wielded it.
Stormbreaker

As depicted in the last two Avengers films, the Infinity Gauntlet is the most powerful weapon in the MCU. With the capability to alter all of reality and practically make any thought real, this Gauntlet, when paired with the six stones, is the strongest weapon in the Marvel multiverse up to now.
