Materialists (Release Date – June 13, 2025)
The earliest arrival on this list is Materialists, a promising romantic comedy from Celine Song. Pascal stars opposite Dakota Johnson and will be accompanied by Chris Evans. The film will follow a New York-based matchmaker, Lucy, who gets torn between “the perfect match and her imperfect ex.”
Pedro Pascal in a rom-com will surely be a treat for all his fans.
Eddington (Release Date – July 18, 2025)
A contemporary Western film from Ari Aster, this has every ingredient of being a special watch, including Pedro Pascal in one of his more offbeat roles. The synopsis for the film states, “In May of 2020, a standoff between a small-town sheriff and mayor sparks a powder keg as neighbor is pitted against neighbor in Eddington, New Mexico.”
Joaquin Phoenix stars in the movie with Pascal, alongside other stars like Emma Stone, Austin Butler, Luke Grimes, and Clifton Collins Jr., among others.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps (Release Date – July 25, 2025)
Pedro Pascal’s most-awaited entry into the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) will be a special one. Moreover, the actor plays the iconic role of Reed Richards, arguably one of the most important characters in the series.
Most fans are also banking on The Fantastic Four: First Steps to revive Marvel to its greatest era again. Pascal will be joined by Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn as the other members of the titular team.
The Mandalorian & Grogu (Release Date – May 22, 2026)
The Mandalorian was one of the most defining roles of Pascal, and he is set to return in the 2026 film The Mandalorian & Grogu. This film from the Star Wars franchise will continue the duo’s adventures. It is directed by Jon Favreau.
Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White will also star in the movie.
Avengers: Doomsday (Release Date – December 18, 2026)
One of the most anticipated movies of all time, perhaps, Avengers: Doomsday will see the return of many prominent Marvel stars of the past. But there is also ample excitement surrounding Pedro Pascal in the movie. He will make his MCU debut before Avengers: Doomsday, and will be a key part of the Avengers lineup.
Honorable Mention: Avengers: Secret Wars (Release Date – December 17, 2027)
While Pascal’s and several other actors’ appearances in Avengers: Doomsday were confirmed by Kevin Feige earlier in March 2025, whether he is slated to feature in Avengers: Secret Wars has not been revealed. However, like many others, his version of Reed Richards is likely to appear in the 2027 Avengers outing.
