Those Mandalore-Besieging K-X Enforcer Droids Get Hot Toys Figures

To the Mandalorians, it became known as the Night of a Thousand Tears. Duirng the Great Purge, the adopted homeworld of Din Djarin and Boba Fett suffereda planet-killing level of bombardment. All who survived lived to face even worse horrors, as K-X Enforcer Droids came down to eliminate any survivors. Previously seen in the Star Wars saga via the reprogrammed, heroic K-2SO in Rogue One, these Terminator-like killers lack the wisecracks and compassion of Cassian Andor’s pal. But via Hot Toys, collectors can safely capture one for themselves. As seen in The Book of Boba Fett.

Like the Skynet spawn from whom they would appear to draw inspiration, these droids frequently stand atop piles of skulls, but less graphically. The Mandalorian helmet on the figure’s base represents the dead, removed only after the warrior no longer lived to fight. And if a person were to ask the Armorer, she’d say it was all part of a curse brought on by Bo-Katan. For the latter received the Darksaber as a gift, rather than winning it in combat.

From the official description: “The collectible figure stands at approximately 36cm tall [around 14 inches], features a sophisticatedly constructed mechanical structure and weathering effects, LED light-up eyes, Separate Rolling Eyeball System, two blasters, and a rocky diorama figure base.”
