Hasbro Sets October Dates for Online Pulse Con 2021

In these quarantine years of COVID-19, with San Diego Comic-Con represented by online panels only, Hasbro‘s Pulse Con has become their equivalent. The company might normally set up a massive booth display and host several panels in San Diego in July. But without that hall space, they now just do it — and the panels — at their own HQ, and on their own time. So July came and went, but toy fans should mark their calendars for October 22-23. That’s when Pulse Con 2021 will go live online. Check out the sizzle reel below to see what brands they’ll represent:

Of course exclusives will be sold. Many of them, we’ve previously revealed here, including a Star Wars Dave Filoni action figure, and Marvel Legends Elvis MODOK. But it’s interesting to note G.I. Joe’s Baroness in the logo. Hasbro made the fan-favorite character notoriously difficult to get, by packaging her with a motorcycle to up the price, then making her a Target exclusive that sold out immediately. Perhaps new plans are afoot. Or perhaps Hasbro’s team just knows that pretty ladies sell.
