Screen Magazine has published a good article on how The Dark Knight is moving into post-production after have wrapped filming in Chicago. Here’s a clip:
Filmworkers/Astro processed the bulk of the footage shot in Chicago, with the exception of a chase scene filmed in IMAX. The lab made 35mm reduction prints and video dailies of that footage after it had been processed in Los Angeles.
“The Dark Knight” is being edited by Lee Smith of Beverly Hills-based The Gersh Agency. Audio post will be handled at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco.
