“Spider-Man 2” spun an estimated $62.3 million from 61 territories over the weekend, driving its foreign total to $200 million. Spidey opened at No. 1 in 10 territories during the frame, including the United Kingdom ($15.7 million), France ($11.6 million), Spain ($7.7 million), Belgium ($1.2 million), the Netherlands ($1.2 million), and Portugal ($820,000). In North America, the film has earned about $302 million.
That puts the sequel’s worldwide total at about $502 million so far.
