Though some have interpreted Variety’s report that Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire are working out details to making Spider-Man 3 to mean that they are not signed yet, Kirsten Dunst confirmed that everyone did in fact sign contracts for three movies before Spider-Man 1 opened. Nobody is renegotiating. “For more money?” Dunst asked. “No, that hasn’t even started yet. We have to get through the publicity tour of the second one first.”
