WINTER SOLDIER
There wouldn’t be a real point in making this a part of the relaunch because Bucky nor the Winter Soldier are huge parts of the cinematic universe (which will greatly influence what characters and what books are going to be used). While it is true that most people know who Bucky is, they don’t know the rest of his history (which in theory means it’s good grounds for relaunching to drum up interest), but since I have my doubts about Bucky returning in the films based on the comics I don’t think this is an idea that Marvel has had.
Likelihood of happening: I don’t see this one making the leap back to #1. Brubaker is already confirmed for leaving Cap but no word on Winter Soldier which leads me to believe this will be sticking around.
