Marvel Unlimited Offers Free Access to Some of Marvel’s Iconic Stories

Marvel has come up with a solution for helping fans in practicing social distancing and evading from the COVID-19 daily routine. This morning, Marvel announced that Marvel Unlimited will offer the fans several stories among the most epic ones from recent years for free. The only requirement is to download Marvel’s digital comics subscription service app.

The offer will include also some runs from Spider-Man, Black Widow, Captain America, just to name a few. Fans will get the chance to read on Marvel Unlimited the 2012 Avengers vs. X-Men crossover event that pitted the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes against the mutants led by Charles Xavier. Plus, they will have the chance to once again read the first adventures of the Fantastic Four, since their debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is still a ways off.

The offer will be available starting Thursday, April 2 until Monday, May 4.

The full list of free stories includes Avengers Vs. X-Men, Civil War, Amazing Spider-Man: Red Goblin, Black Panther By Ta-Nehisi Coates Vol. 1, Thanos Wins By Donny Cates, X-Men Milestones: Dark Phoenix Saga, Avengers: Kree/Skrull War, Avengers By Jason Aaron Vol. 1: The Final Host. Additionally, fans will get Fantastic Four Vol. 1: Fourever, Black Widow Vol. 1: S.H.I.E.L.D.’S Most Wanted, as well as Captain America: Winter Soldier Ultimate, and Captain Marvel Vol. 1: Higher, Further, Faster, More. These stories will be available to customers on the Marvel Comics App and web store as well as comiXology for a limited time.

Several of those stories have been adapted to the big screen or are going to be soon. During these last few years, fans got the chance to see Captain America: Civil War and the adventures of Captain Marvel. Soon enough, they will also see the first standalone movie featuring Black Widow.
