Exclusive Preview: Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III #4

Batman and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have collided for the third time, and not in the way they expected! James Tynion IV and artists Freddie Williams II and TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman have introduced a world where Batman and the TMNT were a team from the very beginning. But it was all a lie created by Krang. In their newly combined universe, Krang is on the verge of ultimate power.

During the events of Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III #3, the Turtles restored April O’Neil’s memories of their world, while Batman was forced to confront his true self. The original Raphael was captured, and the TMNT realized what they had to do next. They made a pact with their deadliest foe: Oroku Saki a.k.a. the Shredder!

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III #4, the Shredder makes his move to reclaim the Foot Clan from the Laughing Man/Joker. But Shredder’s alliance with the heroes is tenuous at best. It’s only a matter of time before he betrays them.

Here’s the official description from DC and IDW: “Batman and the Turtles grapple with the laws of Krang’s combined universe, desperate to return their two worlds to their original states.
