DC fans will be thrilled to see The Joker and Harley Quinn unleash chaos in a new DLC trailer. However, the characters won’t be part of a new DC film. Rather, a hit Batman video game is bringing the DC duo as playable characters.
Owners of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Deluxe Edition can access playable versions of The Joker and Harley Quinn on September 18, 2026. The upcoming Mayhem Collection DLC will launch simultaneously across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. A new, highly challenging “Absolute” difficulty mode will also arrive on the same date as a free update for all players.
The DLC trailer shows The Joker’s swift combat moves coupled with impressive agility. As the video progresses, Joker can be seen using his Boxing Gloves and a Paintball Pelter.
The trailer also gives us a sneak peek into Harley Quinn’s arsenal. While she has her iconic hammer, Quinn can also be spotted with Bud and Lou, her loyal hyenas. She also has her Fun Gun, which is loaded with bubble gum and confetti.

The Mayhem Collection brings new missions, modes & Joker-themed gear
The Mayhem Collection introduces a brand-new narrative story mission, allowing gamers to play as The Joker and Harley Quinn as they execute a grand breakout from Arkham Asylum.
Additionally, the new Mayhem Mode challenges players to execute time-limited Mayhem Runs across Gotham City. The objective is to wreak havoc and race back to Amusement Mile before time runs out, all while evading Batman and Robin.
Throughout these runs, players will accumulate LEGO studs by smashing storefronts, vehicles, and city landmarks. But they need to be wary of Amanda Waller’s Task Force X, which has Deathstroke, Killer Croc, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, King Shark, Polka-Dot Man, and others constantly trying to catch the chaotic duo.
The Sinister Pack will feature several themed outfits from popular DC comic book issues. The Batman Who Laughs for Batman, the Robin King outfit for Robin, and Joker-themed variant suits for Nightwing, Batgirl, Jim Gordon, Catwoman, and Talia al Ghul. The pack is rounded out by the playable Jokermobile inspired by the Arkham trilogy and exclusive Batcave customization items.
