Sister Sage’s Diabolical Plan for The Boys Season 5 Revealed

The fifth episode of The Boys Season 5 made many revelations, including the secret plan that Sister Sage has been harboring for the future. Her plan includes not letting Homelander get his hands on the compound V1, followed by a “World War Supe,” after the virus is unleashed.

Here’s what Sister Sage told Ashley about her plans.

Sister Sage’s plan is even more diabolical than Butcher’s in The Boys

In the fifth episode of The Boys Season 5, Sister Sage revealed her diabolical plan that she has been working on behind the backs of other superheroes. It seems that Sage has no intention of stopping the virus, but she does intend to stop Homelander from becoming immortal.

In this episode, Sage speaks to Ashley, the ex-CEO of Vought and new Vice President of the United States, and asks for her help in stopping Homelander from becoming immortal. She seeks help from Bashley, asking her to read Soldier Boy’s mind so she can figure out where the V1 was, effectively stopping Homelander from getting to it.

She tells Ashley that this was just the first phase of her plan. The next phase was “the end.”

Sage revealed that she wanted Butcher and his team to unleash the Supe-killing virus. This would, in turn, see Supes kill humans. A “World War Supe” would emerge from this that will bring an end to both superheroes and humans.

As for Sage, she is prepared to go into hiding in her bunker. She plans to outlast the fight and the virus and then live out her days with “nothing but peace and quiet forever.”

Sage emphasized that she needed Homelander dead if this plan was ever to work. She also invited Ashley to her bunker.

Sister Sage’s plan is quite similar to that of Butcher. But the outcome she envisions is way worse, and perhaps more accurate.

The upcoming episodes of The Boys will see this plot unfold.
