MCU Phase Six just started, and fans are already ready for the next movie after Fantastic Four: New Steps. Unfortunately, there’s a wait until the next Marvel movie release date arrives. Still, there are some entries in the MCU to tide you over until then. Check out the release dates for all the MCU Phase Six movies and TV shows below.
MCU Phase Six Movie release dates
Phase Six of the MCU was in a rocky situation for a bit. Fantastic Four was initially slated to start Phase Six with a November 8, 2024, release, and would have been followed by Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars in 2025. However, the 2023 Writers’ Guild of America strike interrupted pre-production on many Marvel projects, and Jonathan Majors, who played Kang, was found guilty of harassment and reckless assault. As a result, Phase Six underwent a massive retooling, and its release dates were pushed back. Fantastic Four’s release date ended up being swapped with that of Thunderbolts* (which was also delayed), and the fifth Avengers film, now christened Doomsday, was moved to December 18, 2026.
The MCU Phase Six movie release dates are currently:
- July 25, 2025: The Fantastic Four: First Steps
- July 31, 2026: Spider-Man: Brand New Day
- December 18, 2026: Avengers: Doomsday
- July 23, 2027: TBA
- December 17, 2027: Avengers: Secret Wars
MCU Phase Six TV Show release dates
So far, six MCU TV shows have been announced for Phase Six, most of them with a tentative release date.
- August 1, 2025: Eyes of Wakanda
- October 3, 2025: Marvel Zombies
- December 2025: Wonder Man
- March 2026: Daredevil: Born Again Season 2
- TBD 2026: Vision Quest
- TBD 2026: Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2
- TBD 2026: Untitled Punisher Special
Note that the MCU Phase Six is set to conclude with Avengers: Secret Wars at the end of 2027. However, it is likely that the list above isn’t complete. Marvel stated it intends to release two MCU films and four TV shows a year, and we’re still waiting to see the calendar fill up through 2027.
