Colton Haynes will return to Arrow for an episode
Despite departing the series during the third season, actor Colton Haynes tweeted this afternoon that he will return to The CW’s Arrow as Roy Harper.

“We are beyond thrilled that Colton will be returning to Arrow this season,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells EW. “It was always our intention to have him return following his departure last season, but it was a matter of finding the right story line to pull it off. That opportunity presented itself in episode 412 and we can’t wait for the fans to see this reunion.”
Specific details for Haynes’ return to the series haven’t been revealed yet, but his character will likely have something to say about recent developments in the show, such as Thea’s bloodlust and the revival of Sara Lance.
