Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 Reveals Two New Heroes
Avengers: Endgame isn’t the only hero-laden affair that Marvel fans can partake in this summer. Nintendo and Team Ninja are hard at work on Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order; which is set to debut exclusively on the Switch. Game Informer recently revealed fresh new information that includes two familiar heroes who are joining the fight.
First up is Hawkeye, who looks slightly different from his appearance in Endgame. Based on Game Informer’s description, he “brings a versatile array of ranged attacks to the table. That same flexibility defines Hawkeye’s appearance in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, as he takes out enemies through a variety of precision arrow shots and explosions.”
Ms. Marvel, aka Kamala Khan, will also join the sequel, while wearing her iconic comic book outfit. “By stretching and enlarging her body parts, her in-game version fills up some significant screen real estate as she bashes the bad guys with oversized fists and feet.”
Game Informer also noted that video for both characters will debut soon, along with a few additional heroes. Game Informer will cover the forthcoming sequel throughout the month, as it’s featured on the cover of its June issue. You can see that cover above, featuring Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet, along with members of his Black Order. There are also a number of Avengers on the cover as well, along with other fan favorites.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 marks the first new entry in the franchise since Ultimate Alliance 2; which came out back in 2009. You can check out the debut trailer below.
