The creator of the upcoming Disney+ series VisionQuest has teased a brand-new “standout” character set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The long-awaited project will see Paul Bettany reprise his role as Vision.
VisionQuest creator Terry Matalas has opened up about the arrival of new cast members joining the franchise. While praising the British actors involved in the production, Matalas specifically highlighted “T’Nia Miller, who plays what will be one of the MCU’s standout characters.”
What do we know about T’Nia Miller’s VisionQuest character so far?
In VisionQuest, T’Nia Miller will play the role of a robot named Jocasta. While official details about her character remain under wraps, reports suggest she will appear as a cunning and powerful robot driven by revenge.
In Marvel Comics, Jocasta is a sentient robot created by Ultron to serve as his bride before she eventually turns against her creator to side with the Avengers.
If Terry Matalas’ latest statement is anything to go by, T’Nia Miller’s Jocasta may show up in the MCU beyond the VisionQuest TV show. But it’s just a speculation for now unless Marvel comes up with any official announcement for her next appearance in the franchise.
The ensemble cast of VisionQuest also features Todd Stashwick as Paladin, a bounty hunter who’s after Vision. James Spader will also return as the menacing villain Ultron from 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Other key cast members include Henry Lewis (A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong), Jonathan Sayer (The Goes Wrong Show), James D’Arcy (Agent Carter), Orla Brady (Into the Badlands), Emily Hampshire (The Rig), and Ruaridh Mollica (Sebastian).
VisionQuest will premiere, with all eight episodes, on Disney+ on October 14, 2026. The series will mark the end of a trilogy that initially began with 2021’s WandaVision and continued with 2024’s Agatha All Along.
