The World Is Upside Down In New Falcon and the Winter Soldier Trailer
In just a few weeks, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will bring Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) will be reunited for the first time since Avengers: Endgame. But it’s not a happy reunion. Captain America’s best friends are going to have to carry on his legacy in a world they barely recognize.
Marvel Studios and Disney+ have released a new trailer for The Falcon and the Winter Solider that offers a glimpse of the post-Endgame world. Daniel Bruhl’s Helmet Zemo is free again, and he’s got a new mission. According to Zemo, superheroes “can not be allowed to exist.” And he’s apparently found followers for his cause.
Emily VanCamp will also return in the series as Sharon Carter, the ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who went rogue in Captain America: Civil War. Additionally, Wyatt Russell will make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut as John Walker, aka U.S. Agent. Apparently, Walker is also the government’s choice to be the new Captain America. But the shield belongs to Falcon, and the legacy is his if he wants it.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will hit Disney+ on March 19.
