Shazam! star Grace Caroline Currey has an interesting Batman crossover idea. The actress wants Mary Bromfield to cross paths with Batman. She also has a fun idea for the potential crossover. Her idea could even see Mary becoming a thief in Gotham.

Grace Caroline Currey would love seeing Mary Bromfield in Gotham. Speaking on The Brandon Davis Show, Currey was asked what she would have liked her character to do next if Shazam! had continued, especially since the character already had a clear direction by the end of the second part, Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
Currey replied, “Yeah, she’s gonna go to college, finally. I just want Mary to get an education in the field she’s so passionate about, organic chemistry. No, I always dreamt of like, Mary and Batman. Mary makes a little like cameo in helping Batman out.”
Brandon Davis jokingly misunderstood her answer, thinking she meant that Mary would marry Batman. Currey quickly clarified that this was not what she meant. She replied, “Well, no, no.”
Davis then pointed out how powerful Mary is as a superhero and wondered how Batman would react to having her around. Currey agreed, saying, “That’s true, that’s true. But I mean, like, I just love Batman.”
“So anything to potentially, or, like, oh, what if for some reason? How can I get her to end up in Gotham and be in the Bat Cave? Suddenly, I wanted to be a thief and steal something. This isn’t Mary at all.”
Davis also pointed out how excited Mary would be to visit the Bat Cave, especially because of its advanced technology. Currey agreed with the idea, saying, “Come on. The tech? She’d love that stuff.”
Overall, the idea would have seen Mary cross paths with Batman in Gotham, with the Batcave and its advanced technology playing a key part in the potential storyline.
