Fans looking forward to A Quiet Place Part III can rejoice as the film is right on track with its latest update. Following the second film’s release in 2021, the third Quiet Place film has been a long time coming. Franchise star Noah Jupe has provided an encouraging update on the upcoming film.
In an interview with Radio Times, Jupe discussed how the upcoming film will close out the trilogy. “I mean, this is the third. This is the trilogy. This is the one,” Jupe said. “I think it pretty well bookends the series. It’s big and it’s bold!”
Filming on the third film began earlier this year, and Jupe’s latest comments suggest that production has now wrapped. In the franchise, Jupe plays Marcus Abbott, the son of Emily Blunt’s Evelyn Abbott. The upcoming film will arrive nearly a decade after Jupe first played Marcus in the original film.

What else do we know about A Quiet Place 3?
Like the first two films, A Quiet Place Part III is written and directed by John Krasinski. While plot details remain under wraps, several actors will reprise their roles, including Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe. The cast has also added Jack O’Connell, Jason Clarke, and Katy O’Brian in undisclosed roles.
Since its inception, the franchise has expanded to include spin-offs and video games as well. Following the second film, the franchise saw its first spin-off, A Quiet Place: Day One, directed by Michael Sarnoski and released in 2024. The third mainline film, as Jupe puts it, will serve as the finale of the trilogy. No additional spin-offs have been announced for the franchise.
A Quiet Place Part III is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 30, 2027.
