Avengers: Doomsday ticket sales are resulting in chaos as websites are reportedly crashing. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to hit the screens on December 18, 2026. With four months to go for the major release, fans are flooding the ticket booking sites.
The very first wave of pre-booking for Avengers: Doomsday happened on July 20, 2026, per The Economic Times. However, that pre-sale did not cover all the cinemas across the USA. The initial phase was meant exclusively for premium Infinity Vision theaters. Following that, a wider general ticket release started on August 14. But fans flooding the websites to book their seats has resulted in a crash of the site.
Following the site’s crash, fans have taken to X to express their frustration on the matter. @jaywilks_ stated, “Cmon @AMCTheatres ! Trying to get my Doomsday ticket?” @ashaalieh posted, “Not @AMCTheatres putting me at premier but I’m an active a list member ? i just want to get my doomsday ticket”. @ashaalieh also added, “The amc app f**king crashed because of doomsday tickets ? are you serious”. Another fan from X handle @kpcman96 wrote, “Doomsday ticket sale is crashing AMC website”.
Marvel’s new Avengers: Doomsday poster has fans even more eager for the blockbuster
Amid this, Marvel has also added to the hype by releasing their new poster for Avengers: Doomsday on August 14, 2026. The poster features Doctor Doom in his hooded green cape and mantle. The background of the visual depicts textured green glass. Doctor Doom can be seen standing in the poster, holding a pose with his right hand in front of his face. “12.18.26 is Doomsday” is written on the new poster.
This poster was released right before the pre-booking for the movie opened up for fans on August 14. Captioning the poster, Marvel added in their Instagram post, “Doomsday is December 18. Additional tickets are now available. Get yours now at the link in bio.”
