A new report has sparked discussion about the long-awaited trailer for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. With the series set to return in March, recent updates from insiders and cast members point to a trailer release potentially arriving very soon.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer rumored to release this week
Daniel Richtman posted on X on January 27, 2026, “I also hear that the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer is near and it could be this week.”
Actor Vincent D’Onofrio also confirmed on social media that the trailer is coming “very soon.” Marvel previously showed the trailer exclusively at New York Comic Con 2025 and has not yet released it publicly.
D’Onofrio told fans the series is still scheduled for a March release. Disney’s official press site once listed March 4 as the launch date but later removed it. Showrunner Dario Scardapane also confirmed that the second season will debut in March. Marvel Studios has not started its promotional rollout and is currently focusing on Wonder Man.
Brad Winderbaum, Head of Marvel TV, stated that “Daredevil is a revolutionary in this season” and described the narrative as containing “a lot of heavy themes” and “a lot of dark moments and tragic events” (via Entertainment Weekly). He added, “It all feels like one story. It is one giant, amazing tapestry that Dario is weaving together here in this New York landscape.”
Charlie Cox described the upcoming episodes as “some of my favorite stuff I’ve read” (via Collider). He also said Matt Murdock “no longer trust[s] [his] instincts… so he questions a lot.” Scardapane emphasized Karen Page’s importance: “Karen Page is the heart and soul of Matt Murdock’s world… she’s a huge part of it” (via EW). Winderbaum confirmed Franklin “Foggy” Nelson will return in Season 2 despite speculation following his apparent death.
Season 3 has already been greenlit.
