New-Old Real Ghostbusters Ecto-1 and Ghost Toys Coming to Walmart

If there’s something strange in your neighborhood, maybe it’s the fact that it feels like the ’80s all over again on the toy aisles. He-Man, Optimus Prime, and Snake Eyes are back, and now Hasbro‘s reissuing even more Kenner Real Ghostbusters toys. The figures proved a hit with nostalgic collectors, so naturally they need their signature vehicle.

In addition to the souped up siren car, two classic ghosts that originated in the toy line will make their comebacks. Fan favorite Fearsome Flush is a monster toilet which transforms into a creature and back simply by rolling it along the ground. And Bug-Eye came in the very first line-up of Kenner ghosts, with an eyeball on a string that pops out when you karate-chop the figure in its back. Seriously, for kids that was actually pretty challenging to get right.

Ecto-1 features a rooftop gunner seat and a ghost capture claw, along with a small ghost to bust. It should cost around $50. The ghosts will set a person back around $15 apiece.
