The Heroes Unite In First Trailer For Justice League: The Snyder Cut

At DC FanDome, the spotlight panel for Justice League: The Snyder Cut was one of the most anticipated events. And it didn’t disappoint. Director Zack Snyder dropped the first trailer for his reworked film set to a cover of “Hallelujah.” And a young Darkseid appears at the beginning.

One of the new scenes features Kiersey Clemons’ Iris West as she is saved by Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen. Additionally, Ray Fisher’s Vic Stone reacts to the apparent death of his father, Silas Stone (Joe Morton). Fisher and Morton reportedly had a much bigger role in Snyder’s cut. Some of that is apparent in the trailer, including Vic’s scene on the football field.

However, the most affecting moments are the ones that make the heroes unite. Ben Affleck’s Batman also gives an impassioned speech that brings the League together as a team. Additionally, there’s a new shot of the Justice League standing side-by-side.

Justice League: The Snyder Cut will hit HBO Max in 2021.
