Does Spider-Noir Have a Post-Credits Scene at the End?

The latest superhero series, Spider-Noir, has finally premiered after months of anticipation. Fans are eager to learn more about the show, including possible future installments and whether it includes a post-credits scene. Post-credits scenes have become common in many Spider-Man projects. So, does the new live-action series feature one as well?

Is there a post-credits scene at the end of Spider-Noir’s finale?

Unfortunately, no, there is no post-credits scene at the end of Spider-Noir. The story remains self-contained and does not continue beyond the final episode.

Despite several Sony projects, including previous Spider-Man entries, featuring major post-credits scenes, Spider-Noir does not follow that approach. Those scenes are often used to hint at the future direction of a franchise. As a result, once the finale concludes, there are no additional scenes for viewers. However, the eight-episode series still includes several major developments throughout its runtime.

Many fans expected a post-credits scene that could hint at a second season. Others speculated about a possible crossover with the Spider-Verse films, where the character originally appeared. However, the series does not provide any indication of future crossover plans or continuation. At this point, Spider-Noir appears to function as a standalone project.

Additionally, the version of Spider-Noir featured in the series differs from previous Spider-Man adaptations, which further reinforces its self-contained storytelling approach.

Spider-Noir follows an aging private investigator and former superhero navigating 1930s New York City while confronting his past. Created by Oren Uziel for MGM+ and Prime Video, the series stars Nicolas Cage, Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, and Brendan Gleeson.

The synopsis for the series reads, “Ben Reilly, a seasoned, down on his luck private investigator in the 1930s New York, is forced to grapple with his past life, following a deeply personal tragedy, as the city’s one and only superhero.”

Spider-Noir is currently available for streaming on Prime Video.
