The Punisher: One Last Kill’s Post-Credits Scene Status Revealed

Viewers are curious to know whether The Punisher: One Last Kill features a post or end-credits scene. Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green, the special presentation follows Frank Castle, who wants to seek a new meaning to life away from the pursuit of revenge.

However, things don’t go as expected, as he’s pulled back into a conflict by a crime lord. With the presentation having dropped recently, many want to know if a bonus scene is added or not towards the end, which sets up what’s next for the character.

Does The Punisher: One Last Kill have a post-credits scene at the end?

The Punisher: One Last Kill doesn’t have a post-credits, end, or mid-credits scene. Viewers can wind up the presentation after the credits roll.

Generally, makers perceive adding a bonus scene as an effective way to resolve unresolved questions or tease a sequel. Specifically, in the Marvel franchise, credits scenes have been a ritual to announce what’s next for the character and whether they’ll return in future installments.

However, in this special presentation, the story appears to be self-contained, with no loose ends. Additionally, fans also know that Frank Castle will next appear in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, so the makers might not have felt the need to tease more of what’s next.

During a conversation on the Kelly Clarkson Show, Jon Bernthal, who plays Frank, explained how the two projects, One Last Kill and Spider-Man 4, are connected and how much they differ tone-wise.

He said, ” With Spider-Man, I think what was most important, because, obviously, tonally it’s different and such an honor to be a part of it, especially with my dear friend Tom Holland.” He mentioned that it was “important” for them to let Punisher’s story and tone naturally flow through one project to another. “Tonally, they couldn’t be more different, but I hope we were able to achieve that — it’s very important,” he added (via CBR).

Spider-Man: Brand New Day comes out in theaters on July 31, 2026.
