Daredevil: Born Again‘s final episode unveils whether Buck Cashman, played by Arty Froushan, faces an ill-fate or survives the incident. Unfortunately, he was shot through the abdomen, as he served as a shield for the bullet that was supposed to be for Kingpin. As he was in pain and bleeding, many wondered if he was saved or if he died. So, here are the details.

Does Buck Cashman die in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2?
Although Buck Cashman was shot, it seems that he might not have died, but was possibly saved in Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2.
This tragic incident with Buck Cashman occurs after Matt Murdock announces on live television that he’s the vigilante, Daredevil. He makes this move to save Karen Page from charges and to defeat Wilson Fisk. Outside, the governor informs Fisk that there are charges against him, and later, he briefly talks with Murdock as he leaves the City Hall.
Meanwhile, Connor Powell from Fisk’s Anti-Vigilante task force instructs a person he believes is the AVTF sniper to target Murdock. However, it’s later learnt that the person in question wasn’t an AVTF agent, but rather Bullseye, who’s not on Fisk’s side and wanted to put an end to his story.
He aims for Fisk, but unfortunately, Buckman is shot in the stomach in the process. Buck was covered in bleeding, with Heather stepping in to layer him with a coat. It looks like he might not have died and could have been rushed to the hospital later.
In a conversation with The Direct, Wilson Bethel, who plays Bullseye, confirmed that he was targeting Fisk as he was coming out of the courthouse. Revealing why he wanted to kill Kingpin, he elaborated, “No, this is about Kingpin. It’s about him settling scores… If anybody, at this point in the sort of larger mythology of the onscreen version of this show, if anybody is deserving of Bulleye’s bullet, I think it’s Kingpin at this point, as far as he’s concerned…”
