In JOJOLands Chapter 30, “West End Girl, Part 1,” an underworld doctor named Dr. Roberts helps and patches up Meryl and others. He begins reattaching Paco’s and Meryl’s severed fingers. When the raid happens, he hides them in a secret room. Underground, Lulu confirms her loyalty to Howler and tries to force Laem to betray Jodio’s group. But he doesn’t buy her lies, leading to a confrontation. Lulu defeats him nonetheless and tries to get in contact with Howler.

On the yacht, Dragona wants to flee since they’ve been exposed, but Jodio insists the lava rock will ensure Howler signs the deal. West End Girl wreaks havoc, controlling an FBI agent’s body and injuring Charming Man. She tries to escape with the lava rock. Howler is still clueless about what’s going on and refuses to answer Lulu’s call. In the end, Key West escapes toward the drains with the lava rock.
