The 1994 Fantastic Four movie, directed by Oley Sassone, was never officially released and remains unavailable on any streaming platform. Bootleg copies circulate online, but no licensed distributor has made it accessible. The 2005 Fantastic Four film, which starred Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans, and Michael Chiklis, had a global box office of over $333 million and is currently streaming on Disney+. Its sequel, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), featuring the same lead cast and the addition of Laurence Fishburne as the voice of Silver Surfer, is also available on Disney+. The sequel grossed $301.9 million worldwide.

The 2015 reboot of Fantastic Four, starring Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, and Jamie Bell, underperformed with $167.8 million at the global box office. It is also available to stream on Disney+.

In terms of animated adaptations, Fantastic Four: World’s Greatest Heroes (2006), featuring 25 episodes, is available on Disney+. However, the 1967 ABC series and the 1978 The New Fantastic Four are not available to stream as of July 2025.

Marvel Studios will release Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025), its official MCU entry, exclusively in theaters on July 25, 2025. The digital release will follow a few months later, and Disney+ will add the film to its library about three months after that.
