In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Riri first appears as the inventor of a Vibranium detector. This invention puts her in conflict with Wakanda and Talokan. She escapes using a prototype Ironheart suit. With Shuri’s help, she later builds an advanced version but must leave it behind. This moment marks her unofficial debut as Ironheart.
