[Update: Episode 4, 5, and 6 will release on July 1 all in one batch.]
Many Marvel fans want to know what the Ironheart release schedule is on Disney+, in part because it’s still confusing despite us being very close to the show’s release date. At the time of writing, the only concrete information that we know straight from Disney is that Ironheart will release the first three episodes on Tuesday, July 24, 2025. The entire series featuring Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) has a six-episode run, so at the very least we know that it’s going to be a relatively short series. Here’s what we know so far about when every Ironheart episode is coming out.
When does Ironheart come out on Disney Plus?
The Ironheart release schedule will begin with a three-episode premiere on July 24, 2025 and then reportedly release on a weekly basis with Episodes 4, 5, and 6 dropping on Tuesdays following that. If true, this is what the schedule looks like for the show:
- Episode 1 – June 24, 2025
- Episode 2 – June 24, 2025
- Episode 3 – June 24, 2025
- Episode 4 – July 1, 2025
- Episode 5 – July 1, 2025
- Episode 6 – July 1, 2025
Since the first three episodes will drop precisely at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET, we expect that the last three episodes will also release at the same time during the day. That said, Disney has not yet confirmed this schedule (which is why we put an asterisk on those dates), though it will likely be much clearer after the premiere airs and Disney+ updates us on when Episode 4 will drop.
It has been rumored that the last three episodes will drop together all at once at some point after premiere instead of releasing weekly, which would be a similar schedule to Andor. It’s possible that Disney is waiting to see what the viewership numbers are for Ironheart’s chunky debut before deciding on how it will roll out toward the finale. Putting out Ironheart in two large blocks, like a two-part movie series, might be a better idea for viewership than expecting the audience to follow the show week by week with naturally declining interest.
Still, the weekly schedule looks more likely at this point given how short the series already is and how Disney+ has released six-episode Marvel shows in the past.
