When is John Wick spin-off, Ballerina’s digital release date?
Ballerina was released in theatres on June 6, 2025. Since it has only been about a week since the release, the streaming debut is still far away, perhaps around three more months or longer. No streaming release date has been announced yet, but the movie will first be available for digital purchase and rent before it premieres on any streaming service.
Those in a hurry to catch the John Wick spinoff can still find it in all major theater chains across the United States. The streaming release date may also be partially determined by how long the movie runs in theatres.
Where will Ballerina stream and when?
While the date of a streaming release has not been confirmed yet, Ballerina will premiere exclusively on Starz. Lionsgate acquired Starz for $4.4 billion about a decade back, and though they recently became separate public companies, Ballerina is still expected to stream on Starz.
As it will be one of the biggest releases on Starz, the release date may be pushed further to build anticipation. Past data suggests that the film may be released on Starz in November 2025 (via ScreenRant).
While streaming releases have varied wildly for Lionsgate in the past, an approximation would be October or November of this year. Fans will still be able to purchase or rent the movie sooner than this.
Ballerina has received positive reviews from critics, with praise mainly directed towards the film’s action scenes and story, among other things.
