Allen the Alien does not die in Invincible Season 3. He is nearly killed and rendered comatose by two Viltrumites in Season 2 Episode 3, “This Missive, This Machination!.” However, he is later revived with increased strength and endurance in Episode 5, “This Must Come as a Shock.”
Allen is last seen in Invincible Season 3 Episode 4, “You Were My Hero.” In this episode, he, Omni-Man, and Battle Beast fight two Viltrumites, who arrive to execute Nolan for betraying the Viltrum Empire by abandoning his mission to conquer Earth. Allen and Nolan kill one of the Viltrumites, after which the two discuss the possibility of Viltrumite reinforcements arriving. Allen’s worries are then eased by Nolan, who assures him that the possibility is unlikely.
Even in the Invincible comics, Allen does not die and survives till the very last arc. Following Thaedus’ death, Allen assumes his role as the leader of the Coalition of Planets. Allen later comes into conflict with Mark and Nolan after he attempts to bring the Scourge virus to Earth. He has decided to unleash the virus to exterminate Viltrumites, because of his general distrust towards them, even though Mark and Nolan are his friends. After Invincible brings peace to the galaxy, Allen’s Coalition of Planets is disbanded.
