Daredevil: Born Again: Who Is Adam?

MCU fans have been buzzing with one burning question after watching Daredevil: Born Again—who is Adam? Kingpin has now learned about this mysterious character from Vanessa’s past, which has created tensions between the estranged couple. While he has vowed not to harm Adam, his violent nature leaves room for doubt. With two episodes already premiered, curiosity about Adam has only intensified. Here’s what is known so far.

Who is Daredevil: Born Again’s Adam?

Adam is Vanessa’s boyfriend from outside her marriage with Kingpin. However, it is not yet known if he will appear in the series and which actor will play him if he does.

Details about his character may or may not be revealed in the upcoming episodes of Daredevil: Born Again, considering he is part of Vanessa’s past. Fans will have to wait and see if the show sheds more light on his role.

The initial episodes feature Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio) awaiting the results of his mayoral election in the penthouse. He ultimately emerges victorious, becoming New York’s mayor. While Kingpin and Vanessa appear to have grown apart, this key victory creates more complications in their marriage.

Firstly, Vanessa is not happy about Kingpin’s win, given that her power would be reduced over the Five Families, negatively impacting her career. Moreover, she has become increasingly concerned about her past boyfriend, Adam.

This is because Wilson Fisk discloses to her after winning the election that he is aware of her extramarital affair with Adam. However, he vows to her that he will not interfere in her past and will not cause any harm to come to Adam. He reveals that he has now become a changed man, however, many viewers doubt his intentions, given his track record with violence.

Leaving Adam in the past, Wilson Fisk is now focused on repairing his marriage with Vanessa. He realizes that their strained relationship is damaging both his public image and his campaign. At the end of Episode 2, Matt Murdock’s love interest, Heather, unexpectedly gains new clients — Wilson and Vanessa. The couple reveals that they are seeking marriage therapy to rebuild their bond.
