First The Suicide Squad Action Figure Is Tamashii Nations Harley Quinn

Yes, collectors will have the chance to bring home Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn in her battle gear from James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad. While a McFarlane Toys figure remains unconfirmed, Tamashii Nations Harley Quinn officially steps into the marketplace as the first action figure from the film. So far, the early promo pics don’t show us every detail, but they do reveal two different heads, alternate hands, and non-removable goggles. Retail price will be 7150 Yen, which works out to around $65 U.S., fairly standard for an import Bandai 6-inch figure.

Bandai’s collector focused subdivision, Tamashii Nations’ S.H. Figuarts, is no stranger to Harley Quinn. They made a figure of her for the original Suicide Squad, and even one for Birds of Prey. Even if they make no other team members, they’ve cranked out some excellent Margot Robbie toys thus far and show no signs of stopping. That said, opportunities abound with a group roster this big. Even if the McFarlane rumors we’ve heard pan out, they’re only making a handful of key characters. Toy companies sharing the wealth will work out well for everyone.

Take a look at a few more images of the new Harley figure in our mini-gallery below. The back jacket detail looks especially fun, with its “Live fast – Die clown” message. The Joker presumably gets the point.
