Superhero Hype! has an exclusive first look at the “Meet Jigsaw” featurette from the Punisher: War Zone DVD and Blu-ray Disc hitting stores tomorrow, March 17th. Directed by Lexi Alexander, the Lionsgate action-thriller stars Ray Stevenson, Dominic West, Doug Hutchinson, Colin Salmon, Wayne Knight, Dash Mihok and Julie Benz.
Waging his one-man war on the world of organized crime, ruthless vigilante-hero Frank Castle (Stevenson) sets his sights on overeager mob boss, Billy Russoti (West). After Russoti is left horribly disfigured by Castle, he sets out to seek vengeance under his new alias: Jigsaw. With the “Punisher Task Force” hot on his trail and the FBI unable to take Jigsaw in, Frank must stand up to the formidable army that Jigsaw has recruited before more of his evil deeds go unpunished.
The DVD and Blu-ray Disc also include the “Making of ‘Punisher: War Zone,” “Training to Become The Punisher,” “The Weapons of The Punisher” and “Creating the Look of The Punisher” featurettes, as well as the trailer and audio commentary with Alexander and Director of Photography Steve Gainer, ASC. A digital copy of the film is included with both the DVD and Blu-ray Disc.
