50 years ago, Giant-Size X-Men #1 became one of the most influential superhero comics of all time. Beyond redefining Marvel Comics‘ Mutant heroes, it set a new standard for sophisticated, topical storytelling in American comics. This summer, Marvel will honor that history with a giant-size event. It is a quest that will send Ms. Marvel across time and space to save the past and future of the X-Men.

Writers Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing will join forces with artists Adam Kubert and Rod Reis on the time-shattering miniseries. The action will find the reality-altering Legion even more unstable than ever and unleashed upon the time stream. By sheer chance, Kamala Khan is drawn into the past along with Legion.
Overpowered, but not out-classed, the young Mutant will find herself drawn into the action of many classic X-Men stories. Firstly, Kamala will witness the team’s reformation during the events of Giant-Size X-Men #1. The second chapter will find Kamala in significantly more peril, thrown into the fire alongside Jean Grey during the Dark Phoenix Saga.
