First Look At X-Men #11
The mutant nation of Krakoa has never been more powerful than it is now, but it just means that the X-Men have even bigger problems than before. For months, the mutant heroes have been dealing with increasingly dangerous alien incursions. The source of these threats is Gameworld, an interstellar gambling haven that has made betting against Earth’s survival one of the most popular pastimes in the cosmos. Of course, the X-Men aren’t going to allow some scuzzy aliens to destroy their home. And now, the women of the X-Men are taking matters into their own hands. X-Men #11.
In Superhero Hype’s first look at X-Men #11, writer Gerry Duggan and artist Pepe Larraz reveal that the X-Men’s old foe, Mojo, has had a hand in the threats against Earth. However, it’s not because he wants the Earth out of the way. Instead, Mojo knows that Earth’s heroes will eventually respond…and now they have. Jean Grey, Rogue, Lorna Dane/Polaris, and Laura Kinney/Wolverine have come to Gameworld. And they’re gonna shut down the incursions to their home world or die trying.
